Our story

Man Card was created in a sports bar. I was having drinks with my wife after shopping in our neighborhood. She had just bought a set of cards with pictures of bird feathers on them. Not playing cards mind you, just cardboard with feathers. This purchase made little sense to me, but to each their own… I asked myself what deck of cards I would want to buy. Thus was born, Man Card! I love competition and I love games. So I started thinking of the various categories to build a game around.
I wanted to create a game that would create conversation among friends. Each category is designed to do just that in unique and fun ways. Everyone is going to like certain categories more than others. I hope you enjoy them. I hope you tweak the rules to suit whatever your group wants to enjoy. I hope that some people realize the Man Cards are just fancy versions of poker chips and act accordingly. Win or lose, I hope you have fun talking about the prompts this game provides.
Oh – and if you are wondering what the heck “ticcio” is and how to pronounce it…. It stands for “This is cool, check it out.” and it’s rhymes with “glitchy bro”
